Mark started JAGSS after spending 17 years working in the FMCG and OTC industry specialised in Commercial/ Digital Operations with the belief that on the ground, real expertise can mean the difference between a great idea on a slide and making it happen in real life.
He has industry experience from Procter & Gamble, Reckitt Benckiser, Boehringer Ingelheim and Sanofi and from all around the world and a track record of delivering sales, profit and market share growth.
Having worked all the way from a KAM at Procter & Gamble with Tesco in the UK to Global Commercial Head for Sanofi OTC Mark has the operational principles and knowledge to step into your business from day 1 and focus his time on understanding your challenges, your culture and your opportunities.
He has spent extensive time working in Japan, Russia, UK & Ire, Australia, SE Asia, Africa and now Latin America across all channels and is looking to bring that global expertise and knowledge into your business.

No, not at all. We love to work with all size companies, as everyone has different but similar challenges and we feel we can benefit both sides- as well as being priced for those smaller companies.
We target 60 days for the out of bo solution, once we have access to your data and systems (we know cybersecurity and processes take some time so the 60 days starts post your assessment ;-) )
This is totally dependent on the sources of data that you have, but we can do a lot with a little and one of the key differences between us and the competition is that with an experienced sales team working the on the digital platform we are able to augment existing data sets to bring new insights. We largely work with Sell In Data (ERP), Sell Out Data (Nielsen, IRI, IQIVIA) and execution data (CRM or Image Recognition tools such as TRAX)
This really depends on the specific project. With our Out of the Box digital platform we aim to have this up and running within 60 days meaning that we can start to identify opportunities from day 61. The key thing that makes us different is that we understand that results will come from great execution of an activity from an identified insight and so can take time to see in share data.
